Validation is crucial for the safety of products,
General Industry
Our AR system adapts to various applications, from maintenance of small devices to assisting global mechanics or technicians with manufacturing, installations, repairs and operations. Clear, interactive instructions ensure efficient, tailored guidance for any task, improving overall performance, reducing downtime, and enhancing user satisfaction across industries.

Military & Aerospace
In military and aerospace, our AR system transforms complex procedures by projecting precise, real-time guidance onto equipment. The innovative approach turns detailed manuals into intuitive visual aids, enhancing accuracy and efficiency, reducing errors, and improving performance from large-scale production and maintenance. Companies can transfer knowledge to sites in remote locations. It is also essential to verify task completion as expected.

Use Cases From Clients
ARJeannie respects its client confidentiality and can’t disclose clients’ names
The client is a global manufacturer of medical devices. With ARJeannie, the client created a ‘get-to-know’ product training course that was sent to physicians around the world. The training ran under a SCROM-based learning management system, and it included quizzes and reporting.
The client has sizable medical equipment, and its installation is completed at hospitals. The client needed an AR application that plays on iPads to demonstrate to technicians how to install the covers around the device. In particular, the client required focus areas to highlight areas (like screws) where technicians forget to tighten.
After completing product development, the client needed to train its employees at a remote site. The client created a recording of our interactive app, which showed a 9-step manufacturing process that included different materials, parts and toolings. Since it was a transfer from development to production, when the development team saw a visual representation of the work, they identified that their original instructions were wrong. After completion, the client said: “The content was so clear that after one run, the workers completely understood the process and had no further questions.”
